  I. Order and Payment Rules                                                                                        

1. When submitting an order, please ensure that all personal information provided—such as the shipping address, payment details, and contact information—is true, complete, and accurate. You bear full responsibility for any issues arising from errors, incomplete addresses, or unreachable contact numbers (e.g., failed delivery, returns, loss, customs detention, or additional shipping costs); we do not offer refunds or post-sales compensation in such cases.                                                
2. Once payment is confirmed for in-stock or pre-order items, orders cannot be cancelled at will.                                                
3. We reserve the right to modify product pricing and adjust promotional offers; any changes will be announced on the store page.                                                
4. Customers must be of legal age to place an order; minors should obtain guardian consent before making a purchase.                                                
                                                
II. Notes on Color and Texture for Handmade Products                                                
                                                
All "squishy" toys in our shop are handmade; no two items are exactly alike. Variations in lighting and screen displays may cause slight differences in color and texture between the actual product and online images; minor textural variations do not constitute product defects. Additionally, packaging damage or creases caused by compression during shipping can be remedied by replacing the packaging and allowing the product to rest for 24 hours to regain its shape.                                                
If you have strict requirements regarding product appearance, please consider your purchase carefully.                                                
                                                
III. Shipping and International Logistics                                                
                                                
1. Orders for in-stock items will be dispatched within 2 to 5 business days. Pre-order or custom items will be produced and shipped according to the timeframe specified on the product page; slight delays may occur during peak periods, and we will proactively keep you informed of the progress.                                                
2. Customs inspections or logistics delays occurring during international cross-border transit are beyond our control; however, we will assist by providing tracking numbers so you can monitor your shipment.                                                
                                                
IV. Return, Exchange, and After-Sales Policy                                                
                                                
1. We only accept returns or exchanges due to serious manufacturing defects or incorrect item delivery. We do not accept return or exchange requests based on subjective reasons such as personal preference, dissatisfaction with appearance, or unsuitable size. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery; for details, please refer to our refund policy.                                                
2. After-sales service is not available for items that have been handled/played with, had their original packaging removed, or sustained damage—such as cracking, paint loss, or deformation—due to rough handling or pulling. "Squishies" are stress-relief toys designed for gentle handling; rough use makes them highly susceptible to wear and tear, so please handle them with care.                                                
                                                
V. Brand Copyright and Other Terms                                                
                                                
All content within the store (including text, images, videos, logos, designs, and product descriptions) is the property of MelMee and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our permission. We reserve the right to refuse future orders from users who place malicious orders or frequently abandon orders. In the event of a transaction dispute, our store's Terms of Service shall serve as the basis for resolution.
