配送ポリシー


1. Shipping Areas:

We currently ship only to the countries and regions listed on the checkout page.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes, military addresses, or remote areas where delivery is restricted. If your address falls into these categories, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery address or process a full refund.

2. Shipping Fees:

  • Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination country and package weight.
  • Free Shipping Thresholds: Free shipping applies to orders of 40,000 KRW or more within South Korea; 4,500 JPY or more within Japan; and $59.90 USD or more for other regions (excluding certain remote areas).

3. Shipping and Delivery Times:

  • In-stock items will be processed and shipped within 2–5 business days.
  • Estimated international delivery times: 7–12 business days for Japan and South Korea; 7–15 business days for other regions.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier issues, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Once the order has shipped, we will provide a tracking number so you can check the exact delivery status of your package on our website.

Important Note: Please double-check that the recipient's address is complete and correct at checkout and in your order confirmation. Once the package has been shipped, we cannot modify the address and are not liable for any delays or losses resulting from incorrect address information.

4. Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, we will send a tracking number and tracking link to your registered email address so you can monitor the order's progress.
  • Tracking information typically becomes available within 3 to 5 business days after shipment.

5. Customs Duties and Other Fees:

Any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees incurred in the destination country/region are the responsibility of the recipient.

We are not liable if items are confiscated or seized due to import regulations.

We reserve the right to modify this shipping policy without prior notice; revised terms become effective upon publication on this page.
