The fastest way to get the item yAs all our products are 100% handmade, we cannot guarantee that every item will be identical. Slight variations in color, detailing, and the presence of tiny surface air bubbles are normal characteristics of handmade items; these are not considered quality defects and do not affect the product's appearance or usability.
Important Notes:
Order Cancellations: We do not accept order cancellations once the order has been shipped.
Customer Preferences: We do not accept return or exchange requests based on subjective reasons such as personal preference, dissatisfaction with appearance, or incorrect sizing.
Our Errors: We only accept returns due to serious manufacturing defects or incorrect item shipment.
Refund Process:
Contact Us: Please email melmeesquishy@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order to request a return. Include your order number and the reason for the return in the email. If there is a defect, please attach photos or a video.
Review: We will review your return request and assess the issue, then notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Return Procedure: Items must be returned in the same condition as received—unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Once the returned item arrives and its condition is verified, we will automatically process the refund within 10 business days.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return request is approved, you may then purchase the new item.
Non-Returnable Items:
Items that have been worn, washed, or are incomplete (including items missing tags or stickers).
